What's the typical turnaround time?
For footage under 30 (total) minutes, we deliver the first cut within 18 hours. If the first cut looks good, then it becomes final cut. If you need to make any changes to it, it may take an additional 6-8 hours. Longer projects may take 24 hours. Rush delivery available for urgent projects.
What raw formats do you accept?
We accept all major formats including ProRes, DNxHD, H.264, H.265, and camera-native formats from Sony, Canon, DJI, and more. If you can shoot it, we can edit it. I personally use Lumix S1ii, S1Rii, S5ii, S5iix so our team is very familiar with Vlog and Open Gate footage. I also use Mavic 4 and Mavic 3 pro for drone so Dlog and Dlog-M is also something our team is familiar with.
How many revisions are included?
Every project includes one free revision round. Additional revisions are available at a small fee. Most agents are thrilled with the first cut!
Is the music really copyright-cleared?
Yes! We use premium music libraries from soundstripe.com with full commercial licenses. Your videos are safe for YouTube, social media, and MLS platforms without copyright strikes. We will provide you with YT clearance code if needed.
Can you match both vertical and horizontal from the same footage?
Yes! Our Cinematic Tour+ package includes intelligent reframing to create both horizontal (16:9) and vertical (9:16) versions from your footage, optimized for each format. It's not idea to reframe footage shot 16:9 but it still gets the job done when needed. Ideally you want to shoot natively in vertical format. Unless your camera can shoot open gate like some Lumix cameras that we can use that to create amazing vertical videos without you having to shoot again.
